Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół do chłodzenia profili zwłaszcza aluminiowych, wyciskanych bezpośrednio po ich wyjściu z prasy wyciskającej mający zastosowanie w produkcji profili, szczególnie aluminiowych. Zespół do chłodzenia profili, zwłaszcza aluminiowych, wytłoczonych z prasy wyciskającej, w postaci komory chłodzącej z elementami natrysku, charakteryzuje się tym, że komorę chłodzącą (1), usytuowaną bezpośrednio w strefie wyjścia profilu aluminiowego (4) z prasy wyciskającej (2), mającą otwór wejściowy i wyjściowy, stanowi część wanny i zamocowana do niej wahliwie pokrywa, z których każda posiada elementy natryskowe.
