Abstract
Wózek transportowy, zwłaszcza do bron zębatych o dużej ilości pól charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowany jest z dwóch ram polowej, i podporowej połączonych ze sobą krzyżowo, opartych na ramie zaczepowej, a na zewnątrz ramy polowej przymocowane są piasty, w których osadzono łożyska służące do utwierdzenia ramy (5) kołowej na zewnątrz ramy polowej. Do ramy polowej od spodu zamocowane są wyprofilowane haki (6), na których zakładane są łańcuchowe łączniki (7) łączące ramę polową z polami bron, a do ramy (5) kołowej wspawane są piasty (8), na których osadzono koła jezdne (9). Na ramie zaczepowej oparty jest system wydźwigowy, którego element wykonawczy (10) połączony jest liną (11) z ramą (5) kołową za pomocą elastycznej złączki (14), a lina (11) przechodzi przez dwa krążki (12) obrotowe, które są przymocowane do trójkątnej wieżyczki (13) dźwigowej. Po przeciwnej stronie mocowania krążków (12) do wieżyczki (13) zamocowane są dwa odciągi (15) stabilizujące jej położenie. Do prawej i lewej strony układu wydźwigowego zamocowane są podpory (16) transportowe. From the bottom of the field frame, profiled hooks (6) are attached, on which chain connectors (7) connecting the field frame to the harrow fields are mounted, and to the (5) circular frame are hubs (8) on which the road wheels (9) are mounted ). A lifting system is based on the hitch frame, whose actuator (10) is connected by a rope (11) to a circular frame (5) by means of a flexible coupling (14), and the rope (11) passes through two swivel discs (12), which are attached to the triangular crane tower (13). On the opposite side of the pulley attachment (12) to the turret (13) there are two stays (15) stabilizing its position. Transport supports (16) are attached to the right and left sides of the lifting system. The whole structure is coupled to the agricultural tractor's field beam by means of a pin (17) constituting the detachable connection of the field beam with the drawbar (18).
