Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytworzenia stabilnych poliestroli przeznaczonych zwłaszcza jako bazowy surowiec do produkcji sztywnych pian poliizocyjanurowych i poliuretanowych (PIR/PUR), używanych głównie do wytwarzania płyt warstwowych typu PIR/PUR, które znajdują zastosowanie w termoizolacji obiektów, szczególnie obiektów wielkopowierzchniowych, z poli(tereftalanu etylenu) glikoli i/lub alkoholi dwu- i wielofunkcyjnych i/lub bezwodników kwasowych i/lub kwasów karboksylowych mono i wielofunkcyjnych i/lub olejów roślinnych i/lub katalizatorów. Przedmiotowy sposób polega na tym, że proces prowadzi się z jednoczesnym odbiorem ze środowiska reakcji wydzielającego się w czasie alkoholizy glikolu etylenowego z czynnikiem azeotropującym, z ciągłą kontrolą temperatury szczytu kolumny reaktora w zakresie temperatur od 134 do 210°C, przy czym destylację azeotropową prowadzi się w trakcie glikolizy lub po transestryfikacji, którą prowadzi się w temperaturze nie przekraczającej 250°C.The subject of the application is a method of producing stable polyesters intended especially as a basic raw material for the production of rigid polyisocyanurate and polyurethane foams (PIR / PUR), used mainly for the production of PIR / PUR sandwich panels, which are used in the thermal insulation of buildings, especially large-area buildings, made of poly ( ethylene terephthalate) glycols and / or di- and polyfunctional alcohols and / or mono and polyfunctional acid anhydrides and / or carboxylic acids and / or vegetable oils and / or catalysts. The subject method consists in the fact that the process is carried out with the simultaneous collection from the reaction environment of ethylene glycol released during alcoholysis with an azeotropic agent, with continuous control of the temperature of the top of the reactor column in the temperature range from 134 to 210 ° C, with the azeotropic distillation being carried out during glycolysis or after transesterification, which is carried out at a temperature not exceeding 250 ° C.
