Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do pozyskiwania azotu, które posiada układ sprężania powietrza (1), do którego podłączony jest filtr wstępny ze wskaźnikiem zanieczyszczenia i bezstratnym elektronicznym spustem kondensatu (2), za którym znajduje się osuszacz chłodniczy o punkcie rosy +3°C (3) i sonda pomiaru punktu rosy (4) oraz miernik (5) do pomiaru i kontroli zawartości występujących pod postacią pary lub gazu resztkowych zawartości olejowych w sprężonym powietrzu, za którym znajduje się filtr dokładny ze wskaźnikiem zanieczyszczenia i bezstratnym elektronicznym spustem kondensatu (6), który podłączony jest do bufora (7), połączonego z generatorami azotu PSA typu T (9 , posiadającymi na wyjściu bufor azotu (10). Sonda pomiaru punktu rosy (4), miernik (5) i generatory azotu (9) podłączone są do aparatury sterowniczej oraz układu kontroli i monitoringu systemu produkcji azotu metodą PSA (11). Układ sprężania powietrza (1) stanowi sprężarka powietrza z zabudowanym separatorem cyklonowym wyposażonym w bezstratny elektroniczny spust kondensatu. Układ sprężania powietrza (1) stanowi w przyłącze umożliwiające dostarczenie sprężonego powietrza ze źródła zewnętrznego. Bufor (7) ma postać trzech zbiorników sprężonego powietrza. Układ sprężania powietrza (1), filtr wstępny (2), osuszacz chłodniczy (3), filtr dokładny (6) i bufor (7) podłączone są do separatora wody i oleju z kondensatu z grzałką (8). The dew point probe (4), meter (5) and nitrogen generators (9) are connected to the apparatus control and monitoring system for nitrogen production by the PSA method (11). The air compression system (1) is a compression air hand with built-in cyclone separator equipped with lossless electronic condensate drain. The air compression system (1) provides a connection for providing compressed air from an external source. The buffer (7) has the form of three compressed air tanks. The air compression system (1), pre-filter (2), refrigeration dryer (3), fine filter (6) and buffer (7) are connected to the water and oil separator from the condensate with heater (8). The nitrogen buffer (10) has the form of two tanks.
