Abstract
Sposób termicznej utylizacji odpadów komunalnych i/lub osadów ściekowych polegający na tym, że rozdrobnione odpady komunalne i/lub osady ściekowe podaje się do pieca, w którym prowadzi się proces spalania, a uzyskane ciepło wykorzystuje się w procesie technologicznym, przy czym część produktów gazowych, które uległy skropleniu przetwarza się na witryfikaty, zaś pozostałe produkty gazowe po oczyszczeniu i odpyleniu kieruje się do atmosfery, charakteryzuje się tym, że proces spalania prowadzi się w pionowym reaktorze (1), w którym utrzymuje się pięć głównych, przenikających się stref prowadzenia procesu, przy czym w pierwszej strefie (A) utrzymuje się temperaturę 450 - 600°C, w drugiej strefie (B) utrzymuje się temperaturę 600 - 850°C, w trzeciej strefie (C) utrzymuje się temperaturę 850 - 1150°C, w czwartej strefie (D) temperaturę 1150 - 1400°C, a w piątej strefie (E) temperaturę 1400 - 1550°C. Do pierwszej strefy (A) wprowadza się rozdrobnione odpady komunalne i/lub osady ściekowe przy pomocy pierwszego zespołu dysz parowych (2). W drugiej strefie (B) spala się ciekłe paliwo i rozpyla się reagenty przy pomocy drugiego zespołu dysz parowych (3). W trzeciej strefie (C), czwartej strefie (D) i piątej strefie (E) z udziałem zewnętrznie recyrkulowanych gazów spalinowych produktom i substratom nadaje się ruch wirowy przy pomocy drugiego zespołu dysz parowych (3). Do czwartej strefy (D) wprowadza się i rozpyla się szlamy odpadów komunalnych i/lub osadów ściekowych przy pomocy szlamowej dyszy parowej (8). Do piątej strefy (E) wprowadza się i spala ciekłe paliwo i/lub syn gaz.The method of thermal utilization of municipal waste and / or sewage sludge consists in the fact that comminuted municipal waste and / or sewage sludge is fed into a furnace in which the combustion process is carried out, and the heat obtained is used in the technological process, with some gas products, liquefied are processed into vitrification, while the remaining gaseous products after purification and dedusting are directed to the atmosphere, characterized by the fact that the combustion process is carried out in a vertical reactor (1), in which five main permeating zones of the process are maintained, in the first zone (A) the temperature is 450 - 600 ° C, in the second zone (B) the temperature is 600 - 850 ° C, in the third zone (C) the temperature is 850 - 1150 ° C, in the fourth zone (D) temperature 1150 - 1400 ° C, and in the fifth zone (E) temperature 1400 - 1550 ° C. The first zone (A) introduces comminuted municipal waste and / or sewage sludge by means of the first set of steam nozzles (2). In the second zone (B), liquid fuel is burned and the reagents are sprayed using the second set of steam nozzles (3). In the third zone (C), fourth zone (D) and fifth zone (E) with the participation of externally recirculated flue gas, products and substrates are given a rotational motion by means of a second set of steam nozzles (3). Municipal waste and / or sewage sludge is introduced and sprayed into the fourth zone (D) using a steam slurry nozzle (8). Into the fifth zone (E) liquid fuel and / or son gas are introduced and burned.
