Abstract

Urządzenie do oczyszczania i odzysku ciepła ze spalin odprowadzanych kominem składa się z obudowy urządzenia, w której znajduje się wymiennik ciepła (3), filtr pierwszego stopnia oczyszczania spalin do usuwania grubych cząstek aerozolowych (4), oraz filtr drugiego stopnia oczyszczania spalin do usuwania drobnych cząstek aerozolowych (5), nad którymi znajduje się wentylator (6), przy czym na wlocie spalin do urządzenia znajdują się pierwsze czujniki temperatury i ciśnienia spalin (7a) oraz pierwsze czujniki stężenia cząstek i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych (8a), zaś przed wentylatorem (6) znajdują się drugie czujniki temperatury i ciśnienia spalin (7b) oraz drugie czujniki stężenia cząstek i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych (8b), przy czym czujniki temperatury i ciśnienia spalin (7a, 7b) oraz czujniki stężenia cząstek i zanieczyszczeń chemicznych (8a, 8b) połączone są z modułem sterowania (9), który połączony jest z wentylatorem (6).The device for cleaning and recovering heat from flue gases consists of a device housing with a heat exchanger (3), a first stage filter for cleaning flue gases to remove coarse aerosol particles (4), and a second stage filter for cleaning flue gases aerosol (5), above which there is a fan (6), where the first exhaust temperature and pressure sensors (7a) and the first sensors of concentration of particles and chemical impurities (8a) are located at the exhaust inlet to the device, and in front of the fan (6) there are second flue gas temperature and pressure sensors (7b) and second flue gas concentration and chemical sensors (8b), while flue gas temperature and pressure sensors (7a, 7b) and particle and chemical pollution sensors (8a, 8b) are connected to control module (9), which is connected to the fan (6).
