Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest samozasprzęglający zespół przekładnia-sprzęgło przeznaczony do stosowania we wszystkich rozwiązaniach dynamicznie przekazujących energię obrotową a następnie wykorzystujących bezwładność układu do dalszego ruchu, w szczególności w pojazdach elektrycznych, robotach humanoidalnych, egzoszkieletach oraz protezach kończyn. Zespół ma wałek napędowy (1) napędzany układem napędowym, korzystnie silnikiem, na którym osadzona jest przekładnia (2) odwracająca kierunek obrotów oraz sprzęgło, które od strony przekładni (2) ma bieżnię (3) zaopatrzoną w koszyczek (5) z elementami klinującymi (6), a za bieżnią (3) osadzony jest pierścień (4a) z wybraniami, przy czym w wybraniach pierścienia (4a) osadzone są elementy tarciowe (4b) dociskane do koszyczka (5) sprężynami, ponadto elementy klinujące (6) osadzone są pomiędzy tuleją zdawczą (7) i bieżnią (3).The subject of the application is a self-clutching gear-clutch assembly intended for use in all solutions dynamically transmitting rotational energy and then using the system's inertia for further movement, in particular in electric vehicles, humanoid robots, exoskeletons and limb prostheses. The assembly has a drive shaft (1) driven by a drive system, preferably a motor, on which a gearbox (2) reversing the direction of rotation is mounted, and a clutch, which on the gear side (2) has a race (3) provided with a cage (5) with wedging elements ( 6), and behind the raceway (3) there is a ring (4a) with recesses, while in the recesses of the ring (4a) there are friction elements (4b) pressed against the basket (5) with springs, in addition wedging elements (6) are mounted between the output sleeve (7) and raceway (3).
