Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytowych paneli drewnianych, w którym na drewniane podłoże nakleja się zmodyfikowaną drewnianą warstwę wierzchnią poddaną chemicznej modyfikacji mieszaniną pary wodnej i amoniaku, znamienny tym, że przygotowuje się zmodyfikowaną drewnianą warstwę wierzchnią w ten sposób, że: materiał drzewny w postaci listew o wilgotności od 7 do 8% umieszcza się na przekładkach o grubości od 2 do 5 mm w komorze gazoszczelnej; materiał drzewny w komorze gazoszczelnej poddaje się w sposób ciągły w czasie od 24 do 336 h oraz temperaturze w zakresie od 10 do 45°C działaniu mieszaniny pary wodnej i amoniaku o stężeniu amoniaku wynoszącym od 25 do 35%, przygotowaną uprzednio poprzez podgrzewanie wody amoniakalnej o stężeniu amoniaku w zakresie od 24 do 26% do temperatury od 25 do 90°C; po czym tak zmodyfikowany materiał drzewny suszy się w temperaturze w zakresie od 18 do 40°C i wilgotności równoważnej drewna w zakresie od 11 do 13 oraz w czasie od 168 do 1100 h, do obniżenia zawartości amoniaku w materiale drzewnym i osiągnięcia wilgotności materiału drzewnego na poziomie od 6,5 do 8%.The subject of the application is a method of producing composite wooden panels in which a modified wooden top layer is chemically modified with a mixture of steam and ammonia on a wooden substrate, characterized in that the modified wooden top layer is prepared in such a way that: wood material in the form of slats with a humidity of 7 to 8% are placed on spacers 2 to 5 mm thick in a gas-tight chamber; wood material in a gas-tight chamber is continuously subjected for 24 to 336 hours and a temperature in the range from 10 to 45 ° C to a mixture of steam and ammonia with an ammonia concentration of 25 to 35%, previously prepared by heating ammonia water with ammonia concentration in the range of 24 to 26% to a temperature of 25 to 90 ° C; then the modified wood material is dried at a temperature in the range of 18 to 40 ° C and equivalent moisture content of wood in the range of 11 to 13 and during 168 to 1100 h, to reduce the ammonia content of the wood material and achieve moisture content of the wood material level from 6.5 to 8%.
