Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu oczyszczania i/lub rozdzielania surfaktantów lipopeptydowych pochodzenia naturalnego z wykorzystaniem Chromatografii Przeciwprądowej (ang. Countercurrent Chromatography, CCC) charakteryzującego się tym, że: oczyszczanie odbywa się w systemie dwóch częściowo mieszających się faz rozpuszczalnikowych sporządzonych z rozpuszczalników wybranych z grupy wodnych roztworów buforowych, ciekłych alkoholi alifatycznych i ciekłych węglowodorów alifatycznych, przy czym roztwory buforowe mają stabilizowane pH w granicach od 2 do 10 a stężenia jonów buforujących zawierają się w zakresie od 2 do 800 mM, węglowodory alifatyczne powinny mieć ilości węgli od 5 do 12, przy czym w tych układach rozpuszczalników, surfaktanty, o których mowa, wykazują współczynniki podziału w zakresie 0,1 do 10.
