Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wyrobów giętych z kształtowników wyciskanych na gorąco z metali i stopów zwłaszcza stopów aluminium, z przeznaczeniem dla przemysłu metali nieżelaznych. Sposób wytwarzania według zgłoszenia polega na tym, że w czasie procesu wyciskania z wyciskanego, gorącego kształtownika (3) oddzielany jest za pomocą urządzenia do dzielenia (5) odcinek kształtownika (6) o długości potrzebnej do uformowania jednego gotowego wyrobu giętego (8). Oddzielony odcinek kształtownika (6) przemieszczany jest do urządzenia do gięcia (7), w którym zostaje on wygięty w wyrób gotowy (8).The subject of the application is a method for producing bent products from hot-extruded sections from metals and alloys, especially aluminum alloys, intended for the non-ferrous metal industry. The method of production according to the application consists in the fact that during the process of extrusion from the extruded hot profile (3), a section of the profile (6) is separated by means of a splitting device (5) of the length needed to form one finished bent product (8). The separated section of the profile (6) is moved to the bending device (7), in which it is bent into a finished product (8).
