Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania monolitów węglowo-krzemionkowych o hierarchicznej strukturze porów i wysokiej przewodności elektrycznej. Sposób ten polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie prowadzi się karbonizację w temperaturze nie wyższej niż 850°C, korzystnie 800°C, przez czas co najmniej 5 godzin, a po schłodzeniu do temperatury pokojowej otrzymany monolit węglowo-krzemionkowy starzy się przez czas co najmniej 5 godzin i ponownie impregnuje prekursorem węgla, po czym poddaje się go dodatkowej karbonizacji w temperaturze nie niższej niż 850°C, korzystnie w 900°C, przez czas co najmniej 2 godzin i schładza do temperatury pokojowej.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining carbon-silica monoliths with a hierarchical structure of pores and high electrical conductivity. This method consists in the fact that in the first stage carbonization is carried out at a temperature not higher than 850 ° C, preferably 800 ° C, for a period of at least 5 hours, and after cooling to room temperature, the obtained carbon-silica monolith aged for a time at least 5 hours and impregnated again with the carbon precursor, after which it is subjected to additional carbonization at a temperature not lower than 850 ° C, preferably at 900 ° C, for a period of at least 2 hours and cooled to room temperature.
