Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for the production of polyurethane materials, including rigid polyurethane-polyisocyanurate foams in the reaction of polymeric 4,4'-diisocyanatodiphenylmethane with a polyol which is a product of oxypropylenation of sorbitol with LOH = 420 mgKOH / g, with a 33% solution of potassium acetate in diethylene glycol, 33% solution of triethylenediamine in diethylene glycol, polysiloxane polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene copolymer, tri (2-chloro-1-methylethyl) phosphate and chemical blowing agent obtained by reacting water with the isocyanate component, characterized in that the reaction is carried out by replacing the sorbitol oxypropylene product glycolysis of waste polylactide in diethylene glycol (1: 1) with LOH = 509 mgKOH / g, in an amount from 0.1 R (5.51 g) to 1.0 R (54.1 g) most preferably 0.5 R (27 , 05 g) in relation to the sum of the mass of the polyol component and the isocyanate component, and the reaction is carried out by replacing oxypropylenation of sorbitol, a waste product of glycolysis of waste polylactide in diethylene glycol (2: 1) with LOH = 326 mgKOH / g, in an amount from 0.1 R (8.60 g) to 1.0 R (86.04 g) most preferably 0 , 5 R (43.02 g) relative to the sum of the masses of the polyol component and the isocyanate component. The subject solution can be widely used in industry as insulation of e.g. tanks, pipelines etc. as well as in construction as thermal and soundproofing or construction material.
