Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest panel budowlany przeznaczony do tworzenia systemu ścian osłonowych we wszelkiego rodzaju obiektach budowlanych, znajdujący szerokie zastosowanie, zwłaszcza w budownictwie wielorodzinnym, komunalnym i socjalnym, przemysłowym oraz w obiektach handlowych i obiektach użyteczności publicznej. Panel zawiera ramę drewnianą (1) oklejoną dwustronnie sklejką (2), korzystnie o właściwościach wodoodpornych, przy czym wypełnienie panela stanowi co najmniej jedna, korzystnie dwie, płyta gipsowo-włóknowa (3), umieszczona w gniazdach tej ramy oraz wełna mineralna (5). Pomiędzy płytą gipsowo-włóknową (3), a sklejką (2) znajduje się folia paraizolacyjna (6), zaś pomiędzy tą płytą, a gniazdami znajduje się uszczelnienie (7). Ponadto rama drewniana (1) zawiera na obwodzie profile wzdłużne, zaś sklejka (2) po stronie zewnętrznej zawiera okleinę, przy czym całość jej powierzchni zewnętrznej jest pokryta powłokami lakierniczymi.
