Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania paneli ściennych i podłogowych z pojedynczych fornirów z naturalnego drewna o grubości od 0,3 mm do 3 mm. Sposób ten polega na trwałym, nierozłącznym łączeniu cienkich fornirów (1, 2, 3), zwłaszcza dębowych rustykalnych o grubości od 0,3 - 1,5 mm za pomocą kleju do drewna w ilości 80 - 150 gram na 1 m2 lub żywicy epoksydowej w ilości od 100 - 300 gram na 1 m2. Warstwy forniru drewnianego (1, 2, 3) mogą być przedzielone fornirem (2), matą z włókna szklanego lub warstwą filcu o grubości do 4 mm, po czym tak powstałe warstwy wkłada się do prasy o temperaturze od 35 - 100° C i działa na nie naciskiem od 4 – 6 kg/cm2 w czasie 5 minut, po czym zwalnia się nacisk i uzyskany panel poddaje się szlifowaniu do momentu uzyskania zadanej zewnętrznej struktury powierzchni.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining wall and floor panels from single natural wood veneers with a thickness of 0.3 mm to 3 mm. This method involves permanent, inseparable connection of thin veneers (1, 2, 3), especially rustic oak veneers with a thickness of 0.3 - 1.5 mm, using wood glue in the amount of 80 - 150 grams per 1 m2 or epoxy resin in quantities from 100 - 300 grams per 1 m2. The layers of wooden veneer (1, 2, 3) can be separated by veneer (2), a fiberglass mat or a layer of felt up to 4 mm thick, and then the resulting layers are put into a press at a temperature of 35 - 100° C and operated pressure of 4 - 6 kg/cm2 on them for 5 minutes, then the pressure is released and the obtained panel is sanded until the desired external surface structure is obtained.
