Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób regeneracji katalizatora w postaci mineralnych ziaren tlenku glinu zanieczyszczonych związkami organicznymi, który polega na spalaniu tych zanieczyszczeń w strumieniu (S1, S2) gorącego powietrza i/lub spalin o temperaturze w zakresie od 120°C do 650°C, który wprowadza się w kierunku przeciwnym do kierunku podawania katalizatora (Kz). The application also covers a device for the regeneration of the catalyst, which is a reactor in the form of a column (1) connected to the spent catalyst feeder (3) (Kz) and in the lower part provided with a burner (5) with a hot air stream feed unit (S1, S2) and / or flue gas with a temperature of between 120 ° C and 650 ° C into the column (1). The conical bottom (2) of the column (1) is connected to a pneumatic regenerated catalyst (KR) collection unit.
