Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zagęszczania, wzmocnienia oraz osuszania powierzchni materiałów budowlanych wykonanych na bazie wapna oraz cementu, wykorzystujący mieszanki cementu i wapna. Sposób ten polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie przygotowuje się powierzchnię ściany poprzez zbicie tynku do spójnego, mocnego podłoża w postaci cegieł pod tynkiem i/lub twardego betonu, po czym oczyszcza się powierzchnię ściany z luźnych elementów oraz pyłów, następnie wykonuje się fugi w spoiwie między cegłami o głębokości korzystnie od 5 mm do 10 mm, w drugim etapie nawadnia się kilkakrotnie i równomiernie ścianę wodą, korzystnie z wykorzystaniem pistoletu natryskowego, a w trzecim etapie nanosi się na powierzchnie ściany, korzystnie za pomocą pistoletu natryskowego, do 5 mm korzystnie 2 mm środka krystalizującego, a w czwartym etapie na środek krystalizujący nakłada się ręcznie lub natryskiem.The subject of the application is the method of thickening, strengthening and drying the surface of building materials based on lime and cement, using mixtures of cement and lime. This method consists in preparing the wall surface by knocking the plaster into a coherent, strong base in the form of bricks under the plaster and / or hard concrete, and then cleaning the wall surface from loose elements and dust, then making joints in the binder between the bricks with a depth of preferably 5 mm to 10 mm, in the second stage the wall is irrigated several times and evenly with water, preferably with a spray gun, and in the third stage, it is applied to the wall surfaces, preferably with a spray gun, up to 5 mm, preferably 2 mm of crystallizing agent, and in the fourth step, the crystallizing agent is applied by hand or by spraying.
