Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i głowica do zagęszczenia gruntu na pobocznicy i pod podstawą pala poprzez rozpychanie gruntu w trakcie wiercenia oraz wyciągania wiertła, pod ciśnieniem z jednoczesnym wtłoczeniem strumienia iniektu betonowego lub cementowego. Głowica umożliwiająca jednoczesną iniekcję cementową i betonową składa się z centralnego trzonu rozpychającego (7), na którym umieszczono łopatki górne (8) oraz dolne łopatki o zmiennym skoku (6), zakończonego ruchomym pilotem głowicy pala, w którym umieszczono centralny przewód iniekcyjny w przebiegu, którego została umieszczona mufa iniekcyjna oraz poniżej niej dysze iniekcyjne (3) i w ruchomym pilocie głowicy pala opcjonalne dysze iniekcyjne (4). Beton lub/i iniekt podawany jest przez centralny przewód iniekcyjny pod ciśnieniem, przy czym rozprowadzony on zostaje dyszami iniekcyjnymi (3, 4) usytuowanymi pomiędzy łopatkami o zmiennym skoku (6) oraz ruchomym pilotem głowicy pala.The subject of the invention is a method and a head for compacting the soil on the side surface and under the pile base by pushing the soil out during drilling and pulling out the drill, under pressure with simultaneous injection of a stream of concrete or cement injection.
