Abstract

Urządzenie do jednostkowania materiałów masowych zawiera co najmniej jeden zespół do jednostkowania, który stanowi kontener. Na kontenerze znajduje się zamocowany lej zasypowy (2) materiału masowego. Lej zasypowy (2) zawiera centralne ujście zakończone króćcem wysypowym (5). Pomiędzy łącznikiem (7), a króćcem wysypowym (5) znajduje się zawór odcinający (6). Poniżej zaworu odcinającego (6) na króćcu wysypowym (5) osadzona jest tuba główna (8) z lejkiem wysypowym (10). We wnętrzu kontenera, pod lejkiem wysypowym (10) zamocowany jest ważący podajnik taśmowy (9). Ważący podajnik taśmowy (9) współpracuje z opakowaniem jednostkowym (11). W linii ważącego podajnika taśmowego (9), na podłodze kontenera (1), w kierunku do strefy drzwi zamocowany jest oddzielny podajnik taśmowy (13) przenoszący wypełnione opakowania jednostkowe (11) w kierunku do drzwi. W bocznej ścianie kontenera znajdują się drzwi boczne (14) dla dostarczania i mocowania opakowań jednostkowych (11) na lejku wysypowym (10). Napełnione opakowania jednostkowe (11) są odbierane z podajnika taśmowego (13) za ucha nośne.
