Abstract

Lampa z zimną katodą do generacji światła UV posiada zimną katodę (1) wykonaną z materiału przewodzącego pokrytego nanokompozytową warstwą węglową zawierającą nanokrystality metalu i ma dowolny kształt symetryczny. Elektroda przyśpieszająca (2) ma symetrię obrotową względem zimnej katody (1) i jest połączona z warstwą przewodzącą (3), na którą nałożony jest luminofor (9). Elektroda przyśpieszająca (2) ma kształt powierzchni zimnej katody (1) i jest połączona łącznikiem (4) z warstwą przewodzącą (3) na obudowie (8) i przepustem elektrycznym (6) w podstawie lampy.
