Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nowych N-karbaminianów N-deacetylo-4-(bromo/chloro/jodo)-10-demetoksy-10-alkilotiokolchicyny o wzorze ogólnym 1. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób otrzymywania nowych N-karbaminianów N-deacetylo-4-bromo/chloro/jodo)-10-demetoksy-10-alkilotio-kolchicyny o wzorze ogólnym 1, do sporządzania leków stosowanych w chemioterapii.The subject of the application are N-deacetyl-4- (bromo / chloro / iodo) -10-demethoxy-10-alkylthiocolchicine derivatives of general formula 1, where: X is Cl, Br or I; Y is a straight or branched alkyl group containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
