Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest superparamagnetyczna nanocząstka na bazie tlenków żelaza, w której od 1% do 3% trójwartościowych jonów Fe3- obecnych w strukturze krystalograficznej nanocząstki jest zastąpiona radionuklidem z grupy lantanowców, holmem 166Ho. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowania superparamagnetycznej nanocząstki do rozdzielania i oczyszczaniu komórek, mikroorganizmów takich jak wirusów i biologicznych makrocząsteczek oraz jako lek.
