Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest krystaliczny dwuwymiarowy węglik tytanu Ti3C2 modyfikowany powierzchniowo tlenkami metali grupy 13 układu okresowego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania krystalicznego dwuwymiarowego węglika tytanu Ti3C2 modyfikowanego powierzchniowo tlenkami metali grupy 13 układu okresowego, który polega na tym, że w atmosferze azotu lub argonu do rozpuszczalnika organicznego dodaje się węglik tytanu i związek metaloorganiczny R3M, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy i/lub aromatyczny o ilości atomów węgla od 1 do 15 a M oznacza metal grupy 13 układu okresowego, ogrzewa się przez kilka godzin a następnie usuwa się rozpuszczalnik z nieprzereagowanym związkiem metaloorganicznym i zmodyfikowany węglik tytanu w postaci osadu poddaje się działaniu powietrza o wilgotności względnej do 100% lub tlenu. Otrzymany zmodyfikowany węglik tytanu poddaje się obróbce termicznej i następnie węglik tytanu z roztworem związku metaloorganicznego ogrzewa się w temperaturze 20-200°C w ciągu 0,5-24 godzin i po reakcji rozpuszczalnik usuwa się. Z osadu usuwa się resztę rozpuszczalnika w próżni i wystawia się na działanie powietrza lub tlenu a tak otrzymany materiał poddaje się obróbce termicznej w suszarce lub piecu.The subject of the application is a crystalline two-dimensional titanium carbide Ti3C2 surface modified with metal oxides of group 13 of the periodic table. The application also covers a method of obtaining crystalline two-dimensional titanium carbide Ti3C2 surface-modified with metal oxides of group 13 of the periodic table, which consists in adding titanium carbide and an organometallic compound R3M to an organic solvent under nitrogen or argon atmosphere, where R is an alkyl substituent and / or aromatic with a number of carbon atoms from 1 to 15 and M is a metal of Group 13 of the periodic table, heated for several hours and then the solvent with unreacted organometallic compound is removed and the modified titanium carbide sediment is exposed to air with a relative humidity of up to 100%, or oxygen. The obtained modified titanium carbide is heat treated and then the titanium carbide with the organometallic compound solution is heated at 20-200 ° C for 0.5-24 hours and after the reaction the solvent is removed. The residual solvent is removed from the sludge in vacuo and exposed to air or oxygen, and the material thus obtained is heat treated in an oven or oven.
