Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania środków przeciwstarzeniowych do elastomerów. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że prowadzi się dwuetapową reakcje podczas której: w pierwszym etapie ogrzewa się kalafonię sosnową do temperatury od 170 do 190°C i przetrzymuje się w tej temperaturze w atmosferze gazu obojętnego przez co najmniej 4 godziny, a następnie dodaje się bezwodnik maleinowy i prowadzi się reakcję addycji bezwodnika maleinowego do kwasów żywicznych prowadzi się reakcję addycji bezwodnika maleinowego do kalafonii sosnowej. Reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze od 160 do 200°C w atmosferze gazu obojętnego, przez co najmniej 6 godzin, po czym mieszaninę reakcyjną ochładza się do temperatury od 120 do 140°C. W drugim etapie prowadzi się reakcję otrzymanych adduktów ze związkiem zawierającym co najmniej jedną pierwszorzędową grupę aminową takich jak: anilina lub 4,4'-diaminodifenylometan lub trietylenotetramina lub aminowa pochodna zdimeryzowanych kwasów tłuszczowych. The reaction is carried out at 160 to 200 ° C under an inert gas atmosphere for at least 6 hours and the reaction mixture is then cooled to 120 to 140 ° C. In the second step, the obtained adducts are reacted with a compound containing at least one primary amine group such as: aniline or 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane or triethylenetetramine or an amino derivative of dimerized fatty acids. The reaction is carried out at a temperature of 160 to 200 ° C for at least 4 hours under an inert gas atmosphere and for at least 4 hours under reduced pressure.
