Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania modyfikatora wodnych klejów dyspersyjnych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że mieszaninę poli(winylopirolidonu) (PVP) oraz haloizytu, poddanego wcześniej działaniu ultradźwięków, w stosunku wagowym poli(winylopirolidonu) do haloizytu wynoszącym 0,1 - 0,3 : 1, poddaje się reakcji w temperaturze pokojowej, w rozpuszczalniku organicznym oraz w obecności ultradźwięków, po czym usuwa się rozpuszczalnik. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są również modyfikowane kleje dyspersyjne o obniżonej wsiąkliwości, które w 100 cz. wag, wodnego modyfikowanego kleju dyspersyjnego, o suchej masie 35 - 45% wagowych, zawierają 1 - 10 cz wag. wytworzonego modyfikatora haloizytowego.The subject of the application is a method for the production of a modifier for aqueous dispersion adhesives, which is characterized in that a mixture of poly (vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) and previously ultrasonically treated halloysite with a weight ratio of poly (vinylpyrrolidone) to halloysite of 0.1-0.3: 1, reacted at room temperature in an organic solvent and in the presence of ultrasound, and then the solvent is removed. The subject of the application are also modified dispersion adhesives with reduced water absorption, which in 100 parts by weight of a water-based modified dispersion adhesive with a dry matter of 35 - 45% by weight, contain 1 - 10 parts by weight of the produced halloysite modifier.
