Abstract
Sposób przetwarzania biomasy z wykorzystaniem wstępnego etapu pirolizy, polega na tym, że biomasę składającą się z produktów ubocznych z przetwórstwa i wykorzystania roślin uprawianych w skalach wielkoprzemysłowych, rozdrobnioną do wymiarów poniżej 5 cm, w przypadku biomasy o naturalnej wysokiej wilgotności ewentualnie poddaje się wstępnemu suszeniu, a następnie do tak przygotowanej biomasy dodaje się tlenki i/lub wodorotlenki metali alkalicznych w ilości 1% do 5% wagowych w stosunku do masy biomasy i suszy przeciwprądowo w warunkach intensywnego mieszania przedmuchując gorącymi gazami. Opuszczająca węzeł suszenia biomasa o postaci rozdrobnionej zhomogenizowanej pasty lub bryłek, w zależności od użytego surowca, podawana jest w sposób ciągły do komory reakcyjnej gdzie podgrzewana jest w trzech etapach: najpierw metodą ogrzewania konwencjonalnego do temperatury 100 - 120°C w czasie 10 minut - 2 godzin, a następnie stosując metodę ogrzewania konwencjonalnego zintegrowanego z mikrofalowym do temperatury 120 - 150°C w czasie 10 minut - 1 godzina a w trzecim etapie ogrzewania doprowadza się wsad do temperatur 150° - 350°C w czasie od 5 do 15 minut ciepłem generowanym przez zestaw co najmniej trzech głowic mikrofalowych, przy czym podczas wszystkich etapów procesu komorę reaktora przedmuchuje się gazem obojętnym lub dwutlenkiem węgla powstałe produkty gazowe, ciekłe i stałe rozdziela się.The method of biomass processing using the preliminary stage of pyrolysis consists in the fact that biomass consisting of by-products from processing and use of plants grown on large industrial scales, crushed to dimensions below 5 cm, in the case of biomass with high natural moisture, it is possibly subject to preliminary drying and then alkali metal oxides and / or hydroxides are added to the thus prepared biomass in an amount of 1% to 5% by weight with respect to the weight of the biomass, and dried in a countercurrent condition under intensive mixing conditions by blowing with hot gases. The biomass leaving the drying node in the form of a comminuted homogenized paste or lumps, depending on the raw material used, is continuously fed to the reaction chamber where it is heated in three stages: first by conventional heating to a temperature of 100 - 120 ° C for 10 minutes - 2 hours, and then using the conventional method of heating integrated with microwave to a temperature of 120 - 150 ° C for 10 minutes - 1 hour, and in the third heating stage, the charge is brought to temperatures of 150 ° - 350 ° C for 5 to 15 minutes with the heat generated by a set of at least three microwave heads, the reactor chamber is purged with inert gas or carbon dioxide during all stages of the process, the resulting gaseous, liquid and solid products are separated.
