Abstract

Sposób przetwarzania biomasy z wykorzystaniem wstępnego etapu pirolizy, polega na tym, że biomasę składającą się z produktów ubocznych z przetwórstwa i wykorzystania roślin uprawianych w skalach wielkoprzemysłowych, rozdrobnioną do wymiarów poniżej 5 cm, w przypadku biomasy o naturalnej wysokiej wilgotności ewentualnie poddaje się wstępnemu suszeniu, a następnie do tak przygotowanej biomasy dodaje się tlenki i/lub wodorotlenki metali alkalicznych w ilości 1% do 5% wagowych w stosunku do masy biomasy i suszy przeciwprądowo w warunkach intensywnego mieszania przedmuchując gorącymi gazami. The biomass leaving the drying node in the form of a comminuted homogenized paste or lumps, depending on the raw material used, is continuously fed to the reaction chamber where it is heated in three stages: first by conventional heating to a temperature of 100 - 120 ° C for 10 minutes - 2 hours, and then using the conventional method of heating integrated with microwave to a temperature of 120 - 150 ° C for 10 minutes - 1 hour, and in the third heating stage, the charge is brought to temperatures of 150 ° - 350 ° C for 5 to 15 minutes with the heat generated by a set of at least three microwave heads, the reactor chamber is purged with inert gas or carbon dioxide during all stages of the process, the resulting gaseous, liquid and solid products are separated.
