Układ korbowo-tłokowy silnika składający się z tłoka, korbowodu, wału korbowego, sworznia tłokowego, łożysk, pierścieni zabezpieczających charakteryzuje się tym, że układ cylindrów o kącie rozwarcia posiada trzy rzędy cylindrów (1, 2, 3) ustawionych wobec siebie pod kątem maksymalnie do 90°. Wał korbowy (4) posiada wykorbienia prostopadłe względem siebie.
