Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu i urządzenia do wytwarzania kształtek z prętów z włókien kompozytowych, znajdujących zastosowanie w szczególności jako elementy zbrojenia konstrukcji betonowych. Sposób polega na tym, że odcinek pręta (P) gnie się, nawijając go na obracający się rdzeń (9), aż do uzyskania założonej ilości zwojów, a następnie wykonane zwoje utwardza się i w końcu przecina się przynajmniej wzdłuż jednej linii cięcia, równoległej do osi obrotu rdzenia (9), uzyskując wiele kształtek o założonej postaci. Urządzenie ma napędzaną obrotową tarczę (5) z otworami (5”) w czołowej powierzchni (5’), w które wchodzą pasowane trzpienie mocowanego rozłącznie rdzenia (9), służącego do nawijania pręta (P) z włókien kompozytowych. Rdzeń (9) może mieć postać płaskiej ramy (10), względnie, przykładowo, szkieletu graniastosłupa o podstawie prostokątnej lub trójkątnej. Rdzeń (9) wyposażony jest w rolki (11) o powierzchni z nieckowatymi zagłębieniami (11’) do nawijania odcinka pręta (P). Kształt rdzenia (9) zależy od założonej postaci finalnych kształtek, przeznaczonych do budowy zbrojenia konstrukcji budowlanych.
