Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są mutanty punktowe ludzkich białek wchodzących w skład konwertaz C3 i C5 układu dopełniacza, gdzie mutacje są następujące: dla czynnika B: - D279G, F286L, K323E, Y363A; D279G_F286L_ K323E_Y363A - mutant czterokrotny; dla białka C2: - C261A, Q263G, Y347A, L348A; T442Q, podwójne mutanty C261A_Q263G oraz Y347A_Q263G, potrójny mutant Y347A_Q263G_T442Q. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wzmacniania aktywności przeciwciał antynowotworowych, który obejmuje dodawanie mutantów określonych powyżej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna, która obejmuje terapeutycznie skuteczną ilość mutantów określonego powyżej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie mutantów określonych powyżej do wzmacniania aktywności cytotoksycznej przeciwciał antynowotworowych w terapii oraz do leczenia chorób nowotworowych.
