Abstract

Rolka hamulcowa jednostronnego działania składająca się z przekładni planetarnej (5) i hamulca odśrodkowego (9) posiada mechanizm jednostronnego działania (7) łączący przekładnię planetarną (5) z hamulcem odśrodkowym (9). Mechanizm jednostronnego działania (7) umożliwia uruchomienie hamulca odśrodkowego (9) przy obrocie rolki w jednym kierunku i jej toczenie bez hamowania w przeciwnym kierunku. Mechanizm jednostronnego działania (7) może być wykonany w różnej postaci, w tym jako mechanizm zapadkowy i sprzęgło jednokierunkowe. Wykorzystanie proponowanej konstrukcji rolki w systemach transportu palet typu LIFO pozwala ograniczyć prędkość palety przy jej grawitacyjnym toczeniu w kierunku pochylenia regału rolkowego i wyeliminować hamowanie przy jej przepychaniu w kierunku przeciwnym, co pozwoli zwiększyć ilość palet na regale rolkowym.Single-acting brake roller consisting of the planetary gear (5) and the centrifugal brake (9) has a single-acting mechanism (7) connecting the planetary gear (5) with the centrifugal brake (9). The single-acting mechanism (7) enables the activation of the centrifugal brake (9) when the roller turns in one direction and it rolls without braking in the opposite direction. The single-acting mechanism (7) can be made in various forms, including a ratchet mechanism and a one-way clutch. The use of the proposed roller structure in LIFO pallet transport systems allows to reduce the speed of the pallet when it is gravitational rolling in the direction of the roller rack's tilt and to eliminate braking when pushing it in the opposite direction, which will increase the number of pallets on the roller rack.
