Abstract

Siłownik pneumatyczny zawierający cylinder, pokrywę przednią, pokrywę tylną, tłoczysko, podzespół tłoka oraz elementy uszczelniające pomiędzy podzespołem tłoka a cylindrem charakteryzujący się tym, że pokrywa przednia (2) i pokrywa tylna (3) zaopatrzone są w osiowo położone otwory, w których osadzone jest suwliwie tłoczysko składające się z tłoczyska głównego (9) osadzonego w otworze pokrywy przedniej (2) oraz tłoczyska pomocniczego (10) osadzonego w otworze pokrywy tylnej (3), pomiędzy tłoczyskiem głównym (9) oraz tłoczyskiem pomocniczym (10) umieszczony jest podzespół tłoka, składający się z tłoka wewnętrznego (17), osadzonego na nim tłoka zewnętrznego (18) w postaci pierścienia oraz pokrywy (19), pomiędzy którymi umieszczone są pierścienie uszczelniające (20), przy czym tłok zewnętrzny (18) wyposażony jest w wypusty a tłok wewnętrzny (17) posiada połączone kanałem wybrania, ponadto tłok wewnętrzny (17) zawiera otwór od strony wybrania z suwliwie osadzonym tłoczkiem (27) oraz trzpień umieszczony w wybraniu, przy czym w wybraniu umieszczony jest także popychacz oparty o tłoczek (27) i wypust zaś w wybraniu umieszczona jest sprężyna powrotna osadzona na trzpieniu i wypuście, przy czym tłoczek (27) posiada wybranie (32) wyznaczające wraz ze ściankami tłoka wewnętrznego (17) przestrzeń na sprężone powietrze, a od strony stykającej się z popychaczem trójkątne wybranie, przy czym tłoczysko główne (9), tłoczysko pomocnicze (10) oraz tłok wewnętrzny (17) wyposażone są w kanały doprowadzające sprężone powietrze do przestrzeni na sprężone powietrze oraz kanały odprowadzające sprężone powietrze.Pneumatic cylinder including cylinder, front cover, rear cover, piston rod, piston sub-assembly and sealing elements between the piston sub-assembly and the cylinder, characterized in that the front cover (2) and the rear cover (3) are provided with axially positioned holes in which the slidably piston rod consisting of the main piston rod (9) embedded in the opening of the front cover (2) and the auxiliary piston rod (10) embedded in the hole of the rear cover (3), between the main piston rod (9) and the auxiliary piston rod (10) there is a piston subassembly consisting of an internal piston (17), an external piston (18) mounted on it in the form of a ring and a cover (19) with sealing rings (20) between them, the external piston (18) with splines and the internal piston (17) has recesses connected by a channel, moreover, the internal piston (17) has a bore on the recess side with a sliding piston (27) and a pin located in the recess, the recess also includes a pusher based on the piston (27) and the projection, and in the recess there is a return spring mounted on the pin and the projection, the piston (27) having a recess (32) defining with the walls of the internal piston (17) a space for compressed air, and a triangular recess on the side contacting the pusher, the main piston rod (9), auxiliary piston rod (10) and the internal piston (17) are equipped with channels supplying compressed air to the compressed air space and compressed air discharge channels.
