Abstract

Niskociśnieniowe urządzenie zwłaszcza do wytwarzania śniegu zasilane jest energią elektryczną, powietrzem, gazami i wodą i wyposażone jest w silnik, turbinę powietrzną, instalację elektryczno/elektroniczną sterującą urządzeniem, instalację rozmrażającą i dysze wodne oraz nukleacyjne, zamknięte w obudowie, przymocowane do podstawy. Urządzenie składa się z co najmniej jednego kanału przelotowego zaopatrzonego w co najmniej jeden wlot powietrza do czerpni i co najmniej jednego wylotu powietrza otoczonego co najmniej elementami obudowy zespołu głowicy wodnej (5a) i zewnętrzną obudową urządzenia (5) i przepustnicą (5b). Urządzenie ma co najmniej jedną głowicę wodną (1) zespołu głowicy wodnej (20) oraz korzystnie co najmniej jedną dyszę nukleacyjną lub/oraz co najmniej jedną dyszę parową lub/oraz co najmniej jedną dyszę nukleacyjno-parową znajdującą się w pobliżu wylotów powietrza. Przepustnica (5b) jest osadzona ruchomo względem wylotów powietrza lub wału (6), a część wału (6) na którego końcu zamocowana jest głowica wodna (1) jest osadzona wewnątrz tulei będącej częścią pompy Venturiego zespołu głowicy wodnej (20), gdzie wał (6) jest połączony bezpośrednio lub za pośrednictwem przekładni z silnikiem oraz z co najmniej jedną głowicą wodną (1) i połączony jest z turbiną powietrzną (2) lub korzystnie ze sprężarką, gdzie głowica wodna (1) osadzona jest na co najmniej jednym otworze wodnym wału (6).
