Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie pomiarowe, posiadające urządzenia pomiarowe (4a i 4b), łyżkę paraokluzyjną stanowiącą obejmę (5) zębów górnych, wymienne płytki rejestrujące/folie i masę wyciskową (15), z obręczą nakładaną na głowę z. uchwytem referencyjnym, w którym urządzenia pomiarowe (4a, 4b) są umieszczane centralnie w jednej linii, na obręczy i obejmie (5) wzdłuż osi symetrii twarzy pacjenta, gdzie proces rejestracji za pośrednictwem układu sterującego jest inicjowany i zakańczany za pomocą przycisków sterujących, w którym obejma (51) zębów dolnych alokowaną na zębach dolnych korzystnie za pomocą masy wyciskowej (15), gdzie zarówno obejma (5) zębów górnych jak i obejma (51) zębów dolnych zawierają w swych zewnętrznych obudowach urządzenia pomiarowe (4a i 4b), oraz markery (18), korzystnie w postaci diody LED, figury przestrzennej, lub naklejki. Urządzenie posiada dodatkowe wtyczki douszne z zewnętrznymi markerami (18). Obejma (5) zębów górnych, oraz obejma (51) zębów dolnych posiadają dystans (22), korzystnie w postaci zgrubienia w postaci klina przyległy do przestrzeni pomiędzy siekaczami przednimi zębów górnych i dolnych znajdujące się w stałej odległości od umieszczonych w zewnętrznych obudowach markerów (18) urządzeń pomiarowych (4a, 4b), dzięki czemu możliwym jest precyzyjne ustalenie punktów referencyjnych w stałej odległości od zębów pacjenta. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób rejestracji położenia zębów z wyznaczonymi za pomocą obręczy (1) i obejmy (5) zębów górnych z umieszczonymi na nich urządzeniami pomiarowymi (4a, 4b) indywidualnymi punktami referencyjnymi pacjenta.The subject of the application is a measuring device with measuring devices (4a and 4b), a para-occlusion spoon constituting a clamp (5) of the upper teeth, replaceable recording plates / foils and impression material (15), with a headband with a reference holder, in which the devices the measurement (4a, 4b) are placed centrally in one line, on the rim and the bracket (5) along the symmetry axis of the patient's face, where the registration process via the control system is initiated and ended with the control buttons, in which the lower teeth bracket (51) allocated to the lower teeth preferably by means of an impression material (15), wherein both the upper tooth clamp (5) and the lower tooth clamp (51) comprise in their outer casings measuring devices (4a and 4b) and markers (18), preferably in in the form of an LED, a 3D figure, or a sticker. The upper teeth clamp (5) and the lower teeth clamp (51) have a distance (22), preferably in the form of a wedge, adjacent to the space between the anterior incisors of the upper and lower teeth, at a constant distance from the markers (18) placed in the outer housings. ) measuring devices (4a, 4b), thanks to which it is possible to precisely establish reference points at a constant distance from the patient's teeth. The subject of the application is also the method of recording the position of the teeth with the upper teeth marked with the rims (1) and clamps (5) with the measuring devices (4a, 4b) placed on them with the individual reference points of the patient.
