Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca kwas nikotynowy oraz dopuszczalne farmaceutycznie substancje pomocnicze, charakteryzującą się tym, że stanowi stałą mieszankę kwasu nikotynowego w ilości wynoszącej od 50 do 95% wagowo, hydroksypropylometylocelulozy w ilości od 5 do 50% wagowo, poliwinylopirolidonu w ilości od 0,2 do 10% wagowo oraz materiału otoczki w ilości od 0,5 do 5% wagowo, przy czym kompozycja pozbawiona jest substancji smarujących. Przedstawiono także sposób wytwarzania takiej kompozycji.
