Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób recyklingu wiórów z aluminium lub jego stopów, zawierających organiczne zanieczyszczania obecne na ich powierzchni, poprzez ich przerób w produkt będący zestaloną pianą, obejmujący następujące etapy: a) prasowanie wiórów w przestrzenną formę półproduktu, b) wyciskanie półproduktu na gorąco dla uzyskania półproduktu stanowiącego profil materiału, c) podgrzanie półproduktu do temperatury bliskiej temperatury topnienia materiału, przy czym podgrzanie półproduktu prowadzi się z szybkością wzrostu temperatury większą niż 500°C na minutę, d) zatrzymanie nagrzewania poprzez wyłączenie mocy urządzenia grzewczego w momencie maksymalnego wzrostu piany, e) obniżenie temperatury spienionego materiału dla utrwalenia postaci piany.The subject of the application is a method of recycling aluminum or its alloys chips, containing organic impurities present on their surface, through their processing into a solid foam product, including the following steps: a) pressing the chips into a three-dimensional form of a semi-product, b) hot extrusion of the semi-product to obtain the semi-finished product constituting the material profile, c) heating the semi-finished product to a temperature close to the material's melting point, while heating the semi-finished product at a temperature increase rate greater than 500 ° C per minute, d) stopping heating by switching off the heating device power at the moment of maximum foam increase, e ) lowering the temperature of the foamed material to fix the form of the foam.
