Abstract

Urządzenie do rozdrabniania i flotacji, zawierające młyn elektromagnetyczny o pionowej komorze roboczej, do której od dołu doprowadzone jest powietrze, charakteryzuje się tym, że młyn elektromagnetyczny (3) posiada zintegrowany flotownik (6) zabudowany w jego górnej części w taki sposób, że kolektor wylotowy (5) młyna elektromagnetycznego (3) przeprowadzony jest współosiowo przez dno flotownika (6) zaopatrzone w dyszę wylewową (9) ze sterowanym zaworem regulującym (10), natomiast na próg przelewowy (7) komory flotownika (6) współosiowo zamontowana jest wanna przelewowa (17), zaopatrzona w dyszę przelewową (8), zaś doprowadzenie zawiesiny znajduje się w dolnej części młyna elektromagnetycznego (3) poprzez króciec doprowadzający połączony z pompą (2), przy czym sterowany zawór regulujący (10) i pompa (2) połączone są za pomocą przewodów sygnałowych lub bezprzewodowo z jednostką sterującą, która ponadto połączona jest za pomocą przewodu sygnałowego lub bezprzewodowo z czujnikiem poziomu mętów (11).
