Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element odzieżowy do okrywania górnej części ciała człowieka zawierający rurowy korpus (2) z jednej strony zamknięty częścią naramienną (21) z otworem przelotowym (22) a z drugiej strony z otwartym końcem, oraz rurowe rękawy (3) wychodzące z powierzchni bocznej rurowego korpusu (2). Celem zapewnienia stosunkowo ścisłego przylegania do sylwetki noszącego go człowieka oraz stosunkowo dużej swobody ruchów, wartość stosunku (OKP:OP) obwodu (OKP) przekroju poprzecznego korpusu (2) w płaszczyźnie przechodzącej przez punkty (P) wychodzenia rękawów (3) z korpusu (2) leżące najbliżej otwartego końca korpusu (2) do obwodu (OP) przekroju poprzecznego korpusu (2) na jego otwartym końcu zawiera się w przedziale od 1.1 do 1.2; oraz wartość stosunku (OR:RK) obwodu (OR) przekroju poprzecznego rękawa (3) w płaszczyźnie przechodzącej przez punkt (P) wychodzenia tego rękawa (3) z korpusu (2) leżący najbliżej otwartego końca korpusu (2) do obwodu (RK) otworu przelotowego (22) korpusu (2) zawiera się w przedziale od 0.95 do 1.2.
