Abstract

Mechanizm regulacyjny cylindra wytłaczarki ślimakowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z tulei zasilającej (1c), w której znajduje się zasobnik (4), połączonej z tuleją główną (1a), tulei pomocniczej (1b) zamontowanej do końca tulei głównej (1a), po której przesuwają się trzpienie (2a) oraz z co najmniej dwóch siłowników (3) pneumatycznych lub hydraulicznych łączących tuleje główną (1a) z pierścieniem (2b). Trzpienie (2a) są ułożone wzdłużnie i połączone z pierścieniem (2b). Liczba trzpieni (2a) jest równa liczbie rowków w tulei głównej (1a). Wymiary trzpieni (2a) odpowiadają wymiarom rowków w tulei głównej (1a). Średnica zewnętrzna tulei pomocniczej (1b) jest mniejsza od średnicy zewnętrznej tulei głównej (1a).
