In this solution, the membrane water desalination system (2) is connected through the brine pipeline (11) with the evaporative water desalination system (3), which is connected to the adiabatic crystallizer (6) by means of a pipeline (14) equipped with a pump (32) and via a steam pipeline (13) from the steam sources (5), additionally the adiabatic crystallizer (6) is equipped with a brine discharge pipeline (23); moreover, the mixing condenser (7) is connected by a distillate pipeline (12) with a membrane water desalination system (2) and a distillate discharge pipeline (15) equipped with a pump (31) connecting with the distillate discharge pipeline (12) connected with the evaporative water desalination system ( 3) connected via a steam pipe (17) with a thermocompressor (8) which is connected to a mixing condenser (7) by a steam pipe (18); the adiabatic crystallizer (6) is connected by a steam pipeline (20) to a thermocompressor (9) which is connected via a steam pipeline (21) to the adiabatic condenser (7); the steam source (5) is connected to the thermocompressor (8) via the steam supply line (16) of the thermocompressor and is connected to the thermocompressor (9) via the steam supply line (19) of the thermocompressor coming from the steam supply line (16) of the thermocompressor; the mixing condenser (7) is connected via the distillate line (24) with the pump (35) to a steam source; and a distillate discharge line (25) with a pump (34) and a non-condensing gas discharge line (26) provided with a vacuum pump (37).
