Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób rewitalizacji procesowej tektury litej poprzez nawilżanie wstęgi tektury litej, charakteryzujący się tym, że jednostronnie od strony spodniej, mniej powleczonej wstęgi tektury litej, o maksymalnej szerokości nawilżanej wstęgi równej 1650 mm i grubości 300 do 550 µm, poddaje procesowi nawilżania jednostronnego, przy prędkości przesuwu wstęgi tektury litej, prowadzi pomiar wilgotności wstęgi i jednocześnie natryskuje wodą przefiltrowaną, pozbawioną zanieczyszczeń za pomocą strug rozproszonych o regulowanym ciśnieniu, umiejscowionych w linii poprzecznej przemieszczanej wstęgi tektury litej, przy czym strugi ukierunkowane są pod regulowanym kątem do powierzchni tektury litej, zaś średnica strugi w miejscu styku z nawilżoną powierzchnią tektury litej, następnie prostuje wstęgę i tnie na arkusze o zadanym rozmiarze oraz sztapluje arkusze i poddaje procesowi stabilizacji do uzyskania jednolitej wilgotności w stosie.The subject of the application is a method of process revitalization of solid cardboard by moistening a solid cardboard web, characterized by the fact that one-sided from the bottom side of a less coated solid cardboard web, with a maximum width of the moistened web equal to 1650 mm and a thickness of 300 to 550 µm, subjected to a one-sided wetting process, at the speed of the sheet of solid cardboard, it measures the moisture of the sheet and at the same time sprays filtered water, free of impurities by means of dispersed streams with regulated pressure, located in the transverse line of the moving solid board, while the streams are directed at a regulated angle to the surface of the solid board, and the diameter of the stream at the point of contact with the moistened solid cardboard surface, then straightens the web and cuts it into sheets of a given size, and stacks the sheets and stabilizes them until uniform humidity in the pile is obtained.
