Abstract

Włóknina opatrunkowa przeznaczona zwłaszcza do leczenia trudno gojących się ran złożona z przypadkowo ułożonych włókien z polimeru biodegradowalnego, zawierająca propolis, charakteryzuje się tym, że włókna są w postaci kompozytu o osnowie z alifatycznego kopolimeru biodegradowalnego, stanowiącego 25 do 99% wagowych kompozytu, natomiast cząstki propolisu są równomiernie rozproszone w osnowie z kopolimeru biodegradowalnego w ilości od 1 do 75% wagowych, przy czym grubość włókniny jest w zakresie od 20 do 2000 µm, a średnia średnica tworzących ją włókien kompozytowych wynosi od 250 do 5000 nm. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób wytwarzania włókniny opatrunkowej metodą elektroprzędzenia, polegający na wyciąganiu w polu elektrycznym kompozytowych włókien z roztworu alifatycznego kopolimeru biodegradowalnego o stężeniu od 1 do 20% wagowych i zawierającego 1 do 75% wagowych propolisu. Roztwór umieszcza się w dozowniku z pompą infuzyjną, zakończonego dyszą i następnie wyciąga się włókna kompozytowe przy prędkości podawania roztworu bazowego od 0,1 do 15 ml/h i nawija na powierzchni kolektora korzystnie cylindrycznego i obracającego się. Odległość dyszy od kolektora wynosi od 5 cm do 30 cm, zaś różnica potencjałów pomiędzy dyszą, a kolektorem wynosi od 5 do 50 kV.
