Abstract

Brama segmentowa ma podnoszone skrzydło (1), utworzone z rozmieszczonych jeden nad drugim i przegubowo połączonych z sobą płytowych segmentów (2, 2a), przy czym osie przegubów są prostopadłe do kierunku ruchu (X) skrzydła (1), ustalanego za pomocą bocznych prowadnic szynowych (5). Co najmniej jeden z segmentów (2) skrzydła (1) ma postać czworokątnej ramy (6) z płytowym wypełnieniem (7), która jest zbudowana z wydrążonych belek (8, 9) utworzonych z kształtowników. Górna belka (8) ramy (6) ma u góry wypukłe obrzeże, dolna belka (9) ma u dołu wklęsłe obrzeże, zaś wypukłe i wklęsłe zarysy obrzeży obu belek (8, 9) są dopasowane do siebie. Każda z tych belek składa się z dwóch rozmieszczonych równolegle i w odstępie od siebie, zamkniętych kształtowników, które są połączone z sobą poprzecznymi mostkami termoizolacyjnymi. Przestrzeń ograniczona bocznymi ścianami kształtowników i łączącymi je mostkami stanowi pośrednią komorę każdej z belek (8, 9). Dolna belka (9) ramy (6) jest utworzona z kształtowników posiadających co najmniej jedną komorę, a górna belka (8) jest utworzona z kształtowników jednokomorowych. Brama charakteryzuje się tym, że każdy z kształtowników dolnej belki (9) jest podzielony poprzeczną przegrodą na dwie usytuowane jedna nad drugą komory, a wewnętrzny kształtownik górnej belki (8) ma po zewnętrznej stronie dwa boczne, ceowe gniazda do osadzania usztywniającej listwy (36).
