Abstract
Aluminiowe zabezpieczenie ram okien i drzwi zwłaszcza drewnianych posiadające aluminiowy profil przykręcany na wkręt do ramy z przekładką dystansową, a na nim nakładkę maskującą, charakteryzuje się tym, że aluminiowy profil (3, 5) zawiera komorę (15) z wzdłużną szczeliną montażową (14) usytuowaną na jej powierzchni górnej, zaś na spodniej otwory (8) pod wkręty mocujące (9), a na powierzchni zewnętrznej komory (15) posiada zamocowaną rozłącznie nakładkę maskującą (4, 6), przy czym przekładka dystansowa (7) wyposażona jest w kołnierz umieszczony centralnie na powierzchni czołowej i ma korzystnie postać pierścienia. Sposób montażu aluminiowego zabezpieczenia ramy okiennej i drzwiowej zwłaszcza drewnianej, charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności mocuje się przekładkę dystansową (7) w otworze (8) na wcisk do profilu aluminiowego (3, 5), a następnie przez szczelinę montażową (14) przykręca się profil aluminiowy (3, 5) na wkręty (9) do ramy (1, 2), a w dalszej czynności zaślepia się szczelinę montażową (14) nakładką maskującą (4, 6) wciskając ją na zewnętrznych ściankach komory (15) aluminiowego profilu (3, 5).Aluminum protection of window and door frames, especially wooden, having an aluminum profile screwed to the frame with a spacer, and on it a masking cover, is characterized by the fact that the aluminum profile (3, 5) contains a chamber (15) with a longitudinal mounting gap (14) located on its upper surface and holes on the bottom (8) for fixing screws (9), and on the outer surface of the chamber (15) it has a detachable masking cap (4, 6), the spacer (7) is equipped with a flange located centrally on the front face and is preferably in the form of a ring. The method of assembly of the aluminum protection of the window and door frame, especially the wooden one, is characterized by the fact that the spacer spacer (7) in the hole (8) is pressed into the aluminum profile (3, 5) first, and then through the mounting gap (14) the aluminum profile (3, 5) is screwed on to the screws (9) to the frame (1, 2), and then the assembly gap (14) is blinded with a masking cover (4, 6) by pushing it on the outer walls of the chamber (15) of the aluminum profile (3, 5).
