Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do automatycznego opuszczania po powstrzymaniu upadku na wysokości w wersji manualnej oraz zdalnej. Urządzenie wyposażone jest w korpus z elementami nośnymi dla części składowych (1), obrotowy bęben linowy z mechanizmem samohamownym przy czym element podparcia (7) zapadek (5) bębna linowego osadzony jest na osi (2) w kole zębatym (6) unieruchomionym blokadą koła zębatego (10) osadzoną na osi (9) z uwięzionym ramieniem w zacisku szczękowym składającym się z dwóch części, stałej podporowej (11) z poduszką amortyzującą (12) oraz dociskowej i obrotowej (13) z poduszką amortyzującą (14) zablokowaną ryglem uchylnym (15) połączonym ze zwalniaczem blokady (16) sprzężonym z modułem sterowania (17). W wersji manualnej moduł sterowania (17) składa się z posiadającego podwójne dno ze sprężyną zasobnika (21) na linkę sterowniczą (22) zamkniętego klapką i zabezpieczonego elektrozamkiem (23) będącym częścią układu sterowniczego sprzężonego z układem elektrycznym, który obejmuje swoim obwodem zaczep górny (24) wyposażony w przełącznik krańcowy (25) zamykający obwód elektryczny łączący źródło zasilania z układem elektronicznym będącym zwłoką czasową (27) uruchamiającą elektrozamek (23) klapki linki sterowniczej (22). W wersji uwzględniającej zdalne sterowanie moduł sterowania (17) wyposażony jest w bezprzewodowy odbiornik (27) sprzężony z układem elektrycznym składającym się z zaczepu górnego (24) wyposażonego w przełącznik krańcowy (25) zamykający obwód elektryczny pomiędzy źródłem zasilania a układem elektronicznym będącym zwłoką czasową (27).The subject of the invention is a manual and remote version of a device for automatic lowering after a fall arrest at height. The device is equipped with a body with supporting elements for component parts (1), a rotary rope drum with a self-locking mechanism, where the support element (7) of the latches (5) of the rope drum is mounted on the axis (2) in the toothed wheel (6) immobilized with the wheel lock gear (10) mounted on the axle (9) with the arm trapped in the jaw clamp consisting of two parts, a fixed support (11) with a shock-absorbing cushion (12) and a pressure and rotating cushion (13) with a shock-absorbing cushion (14) blocked by a tilting bolt ( 15) connected to a lock release (16) coupled to the control module (17). In the manual version, the control module (17) consists of a reservoir (21) for a steering cable (22) with a double bottom with a spring, closed with a flap and secured with an electric lock (23) being a part of the control system coupled with the electric system, which covers the upper catch ( 24) equipped with a limit switch (25) that closes the electric circuit connecting the power source with the electronic circuit (27) that activates the electric lock (23) of the control cable flap (22). In the version with remote control, the control module (17) is equipped with a wireless receiver (27) coupled to the electric system consisting of an upper tap (24) equipped with a limit switch (25) that completes the electric circuit between the power source and the electronic system being a time delay ( 27).
