Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania kwasu 4-hydroksyfenylooctowego, charakteryzującego się tym, że 2-fenyloetanol poddaje się 3-dniowej reakcji biotransformacji z użyciem szczepu Aspergillus niger (KKP 2301) jako biokatalizatora reakcji, przy czym biokatalizator stanowi wypełnienie kolumny z ciągłą recyrkulacją medium reakcyjnego.The application relates to a method for the preparation of 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, characterized in that 2-phenylethanol is subjected to a 3-day biotransformation reaction using an Aspergillus niger strain (KKP 2301) as a reaction biocatalyst, the biocatalyst being the filling of a column with continuous recirculation of the reaction medium.
