Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bezalkoholowy napój funkcjonalny oparty o bazę słodową lub piwo bezalkoholowe lub bazę wodno-aromatyczną, który zawiera w swoim składzie jednocześnie autolizat uzyskany z odpadowej gęstwy drożdżowej oraz błonnik uzyskany z rozdrobnionego młota browarnego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania bezalkoholowego napoju funkcjonalnego, charakteryzuje się tym, że w osobnych (równoległych) procesach technologicznych otrzymywana jest zawiesina błonnika oraz autolizat drożdży, które następnie są łączone ze składnikami bazowymi w postaci bazy słodowej lub piwa bezalkoholowego lub bazy wodno-aromatycznej, wzbogaconymi przez dodatki smakowo-zapachowe, tworząc bezalkoholowy napój funkcjonalny.
