Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dozownik (1) do podawania płynu kroplami o zastosowaniu farmaceutycznym zarejestrowanym jako lek lub wyrób medyczny, zwłaszcza okulistycznym, który umożliwia podawanie preparatu bez środków konserwujących, zawierający unieruchomiony w opakowaniu korpus ściśliwego pojemnika na płyn oraz wylot kropli, charakteryzujący się tym, że pomiędzy ściśliwym pojemnikiem na płyn (5) a wylotem kropli znajduje się podzespół dozujący (2a) do dozowania kropel płynu, a pod korpusem (2) pojemnika na płyn (5) znajduje się sprężyna naciskowa (3), przy czym z pojemnika na płyn (5) odchodzi ku górze wężyk (4) transportujący płyn, który prowadzi do podzespołu dozującego (2a) do dozowania kropel płynu, które po uruchomieniu spustu wychodzą poprzez dyszę wylotową (7), zaś nad dyszą wylotową (7) w dozowniku znajduje się ramię stabilizujące (10) do stabilizacji wkraplania kropel płynu. Zgłoszenie ujawnia ponadto zestaw dozujący płyn kroplami zawierający ten dozownik (1), i ramię do odchylania dolnej powieki, które jest połączone z dozownikiem trwale lub rozłącznie. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowanie tego dozownika lub zestawu, do podawania kroplami preparatu farmaceutycznego zarejestrowanego jako lek lub wyrób medyczny, zwłaszcza płynu okulistycznego.The subject of the application is a dispenser (1) for administering a fluid with drops of pharmaceutical use registered as a drug or a medical device, especially ophthalmic, which allows the administration of the preparation without preservatives, containing a body of a collapsible fluid container immobilized in the package and a drop outlet, characterized in that between the compressible fluid container (5) and the droplet outlet there is a dispensing subassembly (2a) for dispensing liquid drops, and under the body (2) of the fluid container (5) there is a compression spring (3), from the fluid container ( 5) the fluid transporting tube (4) extends upwards, which leads to the dosing subassembly (2a) for dispensing drops of liquid, which, when the trigger is actuated, exit through the outlet nozzle (7), and above the outlet nozzle (7) in the dispenser there is a stabilizing arm (10) to stabilize the dripping of liquid drops. The application further discloses a fluid drop dispensing assembly comprising the dispenser (1), and an arm for folding back the lower eyelid that is permanently or releasably connected to the dispenser. The application also relates to the use of this dispenser or kit for dropwise administration of a pharmaceutical preparation registered as a medicament or medical device, especially an ophthalmic fluid.
