Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ruszt kotła centralnego ogrzewania z podajnikiem szufladowym zwłaszcza do spalania paliw stałych tj: węgla, pelletu. Ruszt kotła centralnego ogrzewania zbudowany jest z dolnej płyty paleniska (1), ruchomych rusztów bocznych (2) oraz mechanizmu (3) poruszającego ruchome ruszta boczne (2). Dolna płyta paleniska (1) posiada kanały doprowadzające powietrze do ruchomych ruszt bocznych oraz otwory doprowadzające powietrze bezpośrednio do paleniska. Kanały jak i otwory doprowadzające powietrze są o odpowiedniej szerokości, głębokości i wysokości. Ruchome ruszta boczne (2) w przekroju poprzecznym mają kształt litery "L" i stanowią dla siebie lustrzane odbicie. Dolna część (6) ruchomych ruszt bocznych (2) wewnątrz posiada kanały przechodzące do pionowej części (8) ruchomych ruszt bocznych i zakończone otworami. Kanały z otworami przymykają i otwierają kanały powietrza płyty dolnej (1) co umożliwia regulację mocy w zależności od zapotrzebowania mocy kotła. Mechanizmu (3) poruszający ruchome ruszta boczne (2) znajdujący się pod dolną płytą paleniska (1) i zamocowany do niej składa się ze śruby rzymskiej (10) napędzanej motoreduktorem (11), na którą nałożone są gwintowane tulejki dystansowe (12) z trzpieniami mocującymi (13). Trzpienie mocujące (13) przechodzą poprzez podłużne otwory (14) w dolnej płycie paleniska (1) i zamocowane są w dolnych częściach (6) ruchomych rusztów bocznych (2).The subject of the invention is a central heating boiler grate with a drawer feeder, especially for burning solid fuels, i.e. coal, pellets. The central heating boiler grate is made of the lower furnace plate (1), movable side grates (2) and a mechanism (3) that moves the movable side grates (2). The lower plate of the furnace (1) has air supply channels to the movable side grates and openings supplying air directly to the furnace. Ducts and air supply openings are of appropriate width, depth and height. The movable side grates (2) are L-shaped in cross section and mirror each other. The lower part (6) of the movable side grates (2) has inside channels leading to the vertical part (8) of the side mobile grates and ended with openings. Channels with openings close and open the air channels of the bottom plate (1), which enables power adjustment depending on the boiler power demand. The mechanism (3) moving the movable side grates (2) located under the lower furnace plate (1) and attached to it consists of a turnbuckle (10) driven by a geared motor (11), on which threaded spacers (12) with pins are placed the fasteners (13). The fixing pins (13) go through the oblong holes (14) in the lower furnace plate (1) and are fixed in the lower parts (6) of the side movable grates (2).
