Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lózko stylowe stwarzajace mozliwosc wygodnego spania dwóch osób, wykonane z drewna z widocznymi na powierzchni slojami, w którym wszystkie elementy laczone sa ksztaltowo na czopy, gniazda i kolki. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie lózka charakteryzujace sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi oraz ergonomicznymi, zwiazanymi z wygoda lezenia na lózku wykonanym z naturalnego ekologicznego materialu, jakim jest drewno. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek perspektywiczny lózka stylowego, fig. 2 - zdjecie lózka z ujeciem od strony uzytkowej. Lózko stylowe ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera drewniany stelaz w postaci plytowej prostokatnej ramy, w której w wewnetrznej przestrzeni umieszczone sa poprzeczne listwy oporowe, pod osadzany na nich materac. Plytowa prostokatna rama zbudowana jest z rozmieszczonej na calym obwodzie dolnej nosnej trawersy zawierajacej równolegle do dolnej krawedzi wyciecie, zas przy górnej krawedzi uksztaltowana jest lukowa powierzchnia, stykajaca sie z dolna krawedzia górna trawersy prostokatnej ramy, na której w trzech bokach, na ich górnychpowierzchniach osadzone sa poziome listwy tworzace po obu stronach trawersy krawedzie kolnierzowe. W tylnych narozach plytowej prostokatnej ramy znajduja sie katowe slupki polaczeniowe, zas od strony czolowej z prostokatna rama polaczone jest zaglowie lózka stylizujace ksztaltem przód lodzi wikingów, jak uwidoczniono na rysunku fig. 1 i na fig. 2 materialu ilustracyjnego. It is made of wood with visible grain, and all components are joined using form-fitting pins, mortises, and sockets. The essence of the industrial design is the bed's spatial shape, characterized by both decorative qualities and functional and ergonomic advantages, related to the comfort of lying on a bed made of a natural, ecological material: wood. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 presents a perspective drawing of the stylish bed, and Fig. 2 presents a photograph of the bed from the usable side. This stylish bed has essential industrial design features, characterized by its wooden frame in the form of a rectangular panel frame, with transverse support slats positioned within the internal space to support the mattress. The rectangular panel frame is constructed with a lower supporting crossbar running along its entire circumference, containing a cutout parallel to the lower edge. An arc-shaped surface is formed at the upper edge, which contacts the lower edge of the rectangular frame crossbar. Horizontal slats are mounted on the upper surfaces of three sides, forming flanged edges on both sides of the crossbar. At the rear corners of the rectangular plate frame there are angled connecting posts, while at the front end of the rectangular frame there is a headboard connected to the bed, styling the shape of the front of a Viking ship, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 of the illustrations.
