Abstract

System warstwowych płyt konstrukcyjnych składa się ze scalonych ze sobą bazowych warstwowych płyt konstrukcyjnych połączeniem wewnętrznym, przy czym bazowa warstwowa płyta konstrukcyjna zawiera rdzeń termoizolacyjny (1), do którego obustronnie przyklejona jest blacha (2), a w płaszczyznach bocznych na całej jej długości umieszczone są belki nośne. Z kolei blachy mają rolę znoszenie stężeń skośnych płyty (2) plus na swych wzdłużnych krawędziach, zagięte do środka tworzą wzdłużne pionowe wzmocnienia (2a), które są połączone z belkami nośnymi połączeniem klejowym lub mechanicznym. Pomiędzy wzdłużnymi pionowymi wzmocnieniami (2a) pozostawiona jest szczelina (2b), w środku której usytuowane są otwory montażowe (6) z osadzonymi rurkami (9). Na ich obrzeżach umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden elastyczny element uszczelniający (7). Natomiast w płaszczyznach górnych i dolnych wewnątrz bazowej warstwowej płyty konstrukcyjnej na całej jej szerokości pomiędzy belkami nośnymi osadzone są belki kontrujące, a na zewnątrz przytwierdzone są ceowniki wykańczające (11). Z kolei do kształtownika (4) przytwierdzona jest nakrętka (8) scalając śrubą (10) bazowe warstwowe płyty konstrukcyjne.
