Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest blok rozdzielacza do dystrybucji powietrza w układach pneumatycznych pojazdów użytkowych zawierający co najmniej dwa łączone ze sobą moduły wyposażone w korpus, co najmniej jeden otwór montażowy, co najmniej jeden przelotowy otwór, co najmniej jeden element mocujący oraz umieszczone między modułami uszczelnienia charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera dwa zewnętrzne moduły: górny moduł (1) i dolny moduł wyposażone w centralny nieprzelotowy otwór (2) współosiowy z tożsamym otworem (2) w pozostałych modułach, każdy zewnętrzny moduł ma co najmniej dwa równoległe do centralnej osi modułu przelotowe montażowe otwory (3), w których mocowane są śruby wystające ponad zewnętrzne moduły, zakończone z każdej strony gwintowaną końcówką służącą do łączenia z ramą pojazdu, gdzie w każdym zewnętrznym module w jego dwóch naprzeciwległych bocznych ścianach (4) wykonane są gniazda (5) z osadzonymi w nich elementami złącza lub gniazda (5) wyposażone w zaślepki, w ścianie górnej zewnętrznego dolnego modułu i ścianie dolnej (6) zewnętrznego górnego modułu (1) wykonane są wzdłuż krawędzi każdej bocznej ściany (4) z gniazdami (5) dwa wybrania (7) wyposażone w trzy przelotowe otwory (8), współpracujące z blokującym elementem wyposażonym w poprzeczną belkę z osadzonymi na niej trzema pionowymi dolnymi występami i trzema pionowymi górnymi występami, a zewnętrzny moduł wykonany jest w tworzywa sztucznego zawierającego co najmniej 30% włókna szklanego. Korzystnie blok rozdzielacza dodatkowo zawiera co najmniej jeden wewnętrzny moduł osadzony pomiędzy zewnętrznymi modułami.
